Firstly, if you want to move it feel free.

Now

Is it just me or is he getting caught with the ball WAY too often?? Hasn't been as good as he could be. Is he a chance to go back to the burgers for a couple of weeks. He has all the heart and desire, but bugger me he tries to take on everyone, unfortunately its sometimes to the detriment of the team. He needs to learn when to put his head down and run, and, when to stop, look for teammates, and dish to someone in advantage.

I like this kid a lot, he has a good future, but with cuz and cotch coming back soon, i think his spot is under pressure.

nah i wouldnt take him out... if hes out there taking on the opposition then it shows hes confident in his ability.. im sure as he matures he will learn to go to the better option or lower his eyes a little

agree he needs to learn when to dish it off and when to run. but i would keep him in, he is a moementum changer.

I only got to watch the 2nd and 3rd qtrs against the Swans, but I counted 4 times this boy kicked the ball inside 50 to a marking target that then had a set shot for goal.

Thats 4 more than I counted Foley.

Agree 1980.
Foley really seems to be stuggling.
His figures arent bad but he is having no real impact on games yet this year, and the same for Tucky. Both have good numbers but very low hurt factor about them.
At least with White even if he is getting caught sometimes he does have hurt factor when he gets the ball

jackson white and foley shouldnt be dropped all season if they keep putting in the efforts they have been.
foley has been doing just as much as anyone at the club for the last 3 seasons, runs all day and never gives up.
cant knock these three.

"Lower his eyes" - Spud would be so proud.
Funny that you posted this thread. I've been saying all season that he gets pinged often when he's had no prior opportunity. The Geelong game was a classic. The first free of the game he was slaughtered when he'd had no prior and he continued to get pinged. The Bulldogs game included a couple of prime examples too. To be fair to him on Sunday, the holding the ball he copped was correct but he slipped at the crucial moment. I think he deserves to stay. Can't question his commitment. Skills are up and down but he's not Robinson Crusoe there. As for Foley, he's doing much of the grunt work, feeding out of packs and quick kicks under a lot of pressure. The opposition seem to be putting a great deal of time into him. We haven't seen those blistering runs out of the centre resulting in goals this season but he too deserves his spot.

There was a great post by some Kangaroos supporter on a private DreamTeam board about White.

It was something along the lines of 'Why is White playing as an inside midfielder, rather than waiting outside the packs where he can use his pace'.

It is spot on and I'm not sure whether its White or the coaches fault, but surely players like White should be waiting for Foley, Tuck and Coughlan to give them the ball.
