Don't actually mind this move. He's a genuine candidate to become a senior coach in the next few years and could be a genuine candidate to replace Woosha in a few years time. Him having experience at a different club would be very good.

The only thing that would screw that up would him going back to Geelong where he's learned all that he can learn from that crew. Go to Adelaide, or the Dogs.

Really impressive young coach, someone who got the boys to play for him. Polite, well mannered and best of all, has ability in the box.

Best of luck to Ego, you lifted us off the canvass in the VFL (post Skippy), this loss will hurt more than people will realise

I don't know for sure but think it likely. Balme is an effective operator.
