It was actually a good one. The problem was that we rolled the dice and had White ready to run, leaving Harvey goalside with a few metres clear. If the ball had bounced our way, it would have been White rebounding to the other end to put us in front instead.

Well he's your player now, do as you like. Harvey's a marvel, even White was struggling to keep up late in the game.

He's currently leading the club for goal assists, despite playing 3 quarters less than our other main midfielders.
Has been a good attacking weapon this season, no he's not perfect, but we didn't give up pick 1 and $1m a year for him either.

I think history will record him as being a great pickup for Port. He has not set the world alight with his first games, but it will come IMO. I remember last year with Monfries, he too had a so so start, but slowly found his groove and niche in the team. White fits our team and style of play perfectly, and will only get better too.

White did himself no favours by playing so well as the sub last week.

For all his effort today Brent Harvey kicked goals when it mattered, and that's what counts for a forward.

Intrigued to see how Ken views his role going forward.

I felt that Harvey didn't have his usual influence on the game (despite his goals and possessions)
