What about the one play on the wing where he laid two awesome tackles in the space of about twenty seconds and got the free kick.

It's great to see him up and firing, he might not be the most skillful player but he always puts his body on the line and a little bloke that could kick a crumbing goal is something we've been lacking in the past.

Was even holding his own in the one on ones deep in the forward line tonight, almost pulled in a one hander in the last couple of minutes.

There was a pessage of play with about 12 minutes left in the 3rd quarter on our HFF. He tackled one bloke, then went ahead and tackled the other, then went on to throw himself on the boot of a Freo player for a smother. Bloody brilliant

People soon forget, but before his injury woes, this is what he was doing week in, week out.

His tackling was brilliant and he kicked some very nice goals.

He might win the Mark Bickley 1% ers Award and top the seasons tackle count too the way he's going.

Fantastic start to the season for Bodey and he deserves to notch his 100th AFL game this year - Rnd 16 I think.

Love his second and third efforts and while he continues to pressure and harrass the opposition ball carrier in our forward 50 I can see a lot more goals as a result. Craigy would be stoked!

Bode has been in much better from than some of his teammates, although I still tend to magnify his mistakes. I may have the Doughty disease that people on these boards tend to have.

Credit where credit is due however. Bode has stood up and last week, was apparently very, very good. I missed out on a replay of the game.

I'm another who is (gladly) eating humble pie. Never doubted Bode's hardness & ball-getting ability, just his kicking skills. However, he has proved to be the forward crumber that we have lacked & has consolidated his place in the side. Good luck to him after a shocking injury run (touch wood).

really happy for Bodey. His attack at the contest has been first rate so far this year. He, reilly and VB have so far exceeded my expectaions for them in 06.
