It's not even the 10 disposals, that's fine, he's doing work off the ball or whatever that often puts a player out of position to get the ball, but if you only get the ball 10 times you need to be able to consistently execute. That part is where he often fails, it's the constant fumbles, bad or lack of decision making and general headless chicken running around that frustrates me. They pick him because of his effort, but it's just effort for efforts sake and doesn't really lead to anything.
