Hey

Just popped in to ask how ex Port Magpies players Scott Thompson and Troy Broadbridge are going?? Broadbridge seemed to be getting regular games but havent seen much from Thompson at all.

Any news would be great :)

Cheers

Broadbridge is improving steadily, I think he'll be a fixture in our backline this season. I'm a big fan of his.

Thommo got a few chances last season and did OK. He'll get more opportunities this season. I assume he's been playing at Sandringham so far this pre season. If he's fit I rekon he'll get a go at Footy park next Sunday. He's a gutsy kid, I'm a fan of his also.

ok well yeah as BT said Broady is doing good, and had semi-cemented a place in the side. Thommo, i thought was injured but isnt far from returning. so yeah they r both doing good. Thommo was great last year for us, and as soon as he gets into the side he will most probably stay there.

Thompsons got a knee injury and will be struggling for Round 1, but Broadbridge will be a deffinite starter up against Hawthorns talls.

I havent seen a whole lot of Thompson, but Broadbridge looks the goods. He still looks a little raw, but Im sure he'll find his way with a bit of experience. Hopefully will bulk up a bit and mature into a solid CHB, but he's got some pace and could just as easily play on a smaller type player.

Yeah, they pretty much said what I was gonna say. So I won't add anything too it.
