I signed up before XMAS and haven't received mine yet either. I read somewhere on HHQ that there was a fire at the warehouse where they are manufactured, but they should be out in early February.

There was an update in the last Members Email (last week) saying that they had arrived, and would be sent out over the next few weeks.

If you have a reserved seat, you should receive your membership package by mid Feb, otherwise it should be received sometime over the next couple of weeks.

Yes, there was a fire at the factory where they were being processed - IN CHINA!!! There was a note on the tables at the membership tent outside the ground on the last Family Day in December. Just happened to glance at it as I was collecting my entrance tickets. It certainly wasn't pointed out in any obvious way.

I got mine in the mail yesterday.
