Membership question

I have purchased a captains club membership where i just walk up to the gate scan my card and i have seating in the GA areas. What do i do when the match is fully ticketed? Like in rd 1 will i be gauranteed seats. Whats the go in fully ticketed matches

Think you need to ring up and book - probably with a booking fee etc on top.
