Well, not the snail-mail version, but if the club has your email address along with your membership details you've probably got a renewal mail in your in-tray. Unless you're changing membership level you can renew straight away with the credit card.

Slight increase in prices - mine went from $667 to $703. I can live with that.

It's debited on the 26th of every month, and it's Carlton Advance now, which if you ask me is a really shit name, much preferred Carlton For Life

If you get a Social Club membership you don't need it, it's automatic. If you're not Social, I'd get it.

$195 for peace of mind is worth it. I pay $600 odd for the same thing.

Pretty sure the cut off for Club 17 last season was June 30. You could wait until the last possible minute to see how we're tracking and then sign up?

Got mine yesterday and i am taking the MCC Carlton membership again this year. Great package this for MCC members to have an active club membership as well. It gets very costly $$$ to pay both year after year and the reduced membership made especially to suit MCC members is a great thing. These never use to available and you would have to fork out the whole $500 or whatever package you wanted etc plus the cost of MCC on top of it as well and you were getting entry to MCG games twice when it was a Carlton home game! Now you get entry to EVERY home game NOT at the MCG which in turn you then can use your MCC membership.

Looking forward to my member scarf and hat also!!

I switch to the 3game. Do you find the long distance worth it considering they're here for 1/2 games at the most? I go over east once or twice a year to watch footy anyway.

That's a great suggestion, I'll go with that.

There'd be a limited amount of spots available though, so if we get enough people signing up for it you may not be able to get it.

I did consider that, my thinking is that $195 is a fair amount to pay for something that is a big maybe. I could always look at it as a donation to the club, or a really expensive Club 17 radio

I would do it now LMBB.

It will be capped to the 1st 3000 who take up the option.

I have the long distance 5. It gives me access to the games at subi plus I travel to melb once or twice a year as well, you get general admin access with your membership for a minimum of 3 games dependant on how many times the blues travel west.

Very rarely would you be able to get a guest pass. I was lucky enough to get a couple for the rd 22 game against the dockers this year but usually the demand for the tickets from WA members is massive.

I think the club get an allocation of 600 tickets for subi games and there is over 3000 WA members trying to get hold of one.

Cheers Aph, been considering it for a couple of days now. Is it capped at 3000 for just Club 17 or does that figure include anyone with a membership that grants them access to GF tickets. Does even make sense, I need more sleep....
