we purchased 5 at this house (3 renewals, 2 newbies) and the 2 new ones arrived today but still waiting for the renewed ones.

i also bought something from the club online at about midnight wednesday night and received it first thing friday morning...probably the quickest RFC has ever been

I am bloody dissapointed who ever does the memberships because i realised yesterday that they have my surname wrong. I say that is not good enough. I dont know what to do now and would they send me a new one with the right surname. Anybody know?
