Memberships taking a while to arrive?

I paid for my 2010 membership roughly 4 weeks ago now via credit card online. I have been getting all the member info e-mail etc. But still haven't recieved any of my membership package in the mail?

Has anyone else had similar problems? Does anyone know what sort of time frame it normally takes?

I realise we have a shitload of members so it takes a while to process, but just getting a little bit annoyed about it.

Well an E-Mail could take awhile - Phone Call would Probably be the Quickest way

Not necessary, guarantee you will be on hold for 15 minutes. Best to turn up at Lexus Centre in person.
