They don't look confused, they look "scared" and panicked because they think forward to the loss (and the consequences) and go to water instead of thinking about what they can do in the moment to stop the loss happening. IMO the club needs to invest heavily in addressing the players mental side of the game and leadership via professional help.Well we have been training for years under Voss "the next man up" strategy. So in theory next man up should know their role and what to do (but quite frankly even first choice best 23 look confused).
