If Voss has lost the players (clearly has) then I don't think being repurposed in 2026 as some kind of motivator is going to work.

This needs context if the players are struggling to give 100% because they have lost faith in him personally or general frustrations with things not working out which includes injuries and execution and general bad luck.

When it started to filter through that it wasn't necessarily a Blues member why did my mind automatically go must be one from the toothless brigade. Our previous game a few of their ferals brought guns to the G. Frightening thing is this person isn't one to line up at Centrelink, someone with a high influential position.

Must admit I have softened a bit on Voss after reading those rumours about splits within the playing group etc.

No coach could win well with that type of stuff festering in the group.

If the rumours are true it actually explains a lot about how poor the team has performed.

Could be anything executive at a sponsor or coterie groups or something.

I think some of the posts on here about Collingwood supporters is a bit much. This former Collingwood member is in the minority of scumbag Collingwood supporters. Just like all those Carlton supporters, who verbally abused our players after a game in 2023, are part of a minority of scumbag Carlton supporters.
