a big few weeks ahead for the boys aye

This week Paul Roos will reach 500 VFL/AFL games, made up of 356 games and 143 coaching.
Monty reaches 100 and Mal 50.
Against Melbourne Jude Bolton will reach 200 games in round 13 and in round 14 against Collingwood Tige will reach 150.

Go the swannies :)

Hmmm.. by '09 season's end.. Tadgh will be close to 200 AFL games.. it might entice him to stay another year..:D

As an observation he prob wanted to finish in '09 because the old guard seemed to be 'retiring'.. ie Hall, Kirk, Roosy, Barry so he wanted to leave while the Swans were 'at the top'... but with a resurgence of a bevy of talent waiting in the wings.. who knows.. :thumbsu:

Nick Davis on 97 Swans games. I'm starting to seriously doubt he will make the 100.
Don't doubt it. It'll probably be late this year to mid next year he actually comes in. Made my peace with that, and I'm happy to wait.

Love milestone games :)

Another milestone reached last night mentioned on the coverage was Barry Hall moving into 35th on the all time goal kickers list. It doesn't sound that impressive until you consider how many great forwards have played the game. He overtook Daicos IIRC.
