Is there still such a thing? If so, what is it, and where can I find out about it (It seems hopeless to just do a google search.)
I'm completely clueless when it comes to being paid. It's been brought to my attention that I'm probably being paid less than minimum wage and have been for about 2 years. I was aware I was being ripped off, and was only doing it because nobody else would employ me, but if it's below legal levels, then I was thinking maybe I'd have a leg to stand on, asking for a pay rise.
Probably wishful thinking though, I'm sure there are all sorts of loopholes if it still exists. Still, I thought maybe someone on this board would know?
