Honestly, you can't blame Nathan Brown for joining us. We've been overpaying players that will never bring Punt Road a premiership for at least 10 years. 1995 was a great year for the club, players were paid what they were worth and they performed above expectations. It didn't take long for that situation to be reversed and we're still doing it now! We are held to ransom by overpaid inept footballers.

Not at all Coach Required, just calling it as I see it. I'd much rather we kept him, but only if his heart was in the place, which it clearly wasn't. He will be a huge asset for you in an area where Richmond has been deficient (great skill, small goal kicking forward). But he was expendible to our midget structure, so getting someone like Rawlings has straightened up our side no end and he will be a great asset for us in an area we have been the laughing stock of the competition (KP forward, contested marks). Win-win for both sides, but just remember you gave up the opportunity to get quality youngsters in last year's draft by giving up pick 6 and 20 for Browny. Kepler Bradley was pick 6, Tenace was pick 7, Ryley Dunn was pick 10. Tenace in particular could be every bit as good as Brown (potential I know), but 8 years younger and much cheaper.

Perth Zoo is great, and if you go to the tigers enclosure throw in a footy and see how real tigers tear a ball apart LOL

Actually after last years game in round 9 walking back to my car I even had an 8 year old eagle fan give me S@#t LOL, too lose in Perth is a terrible feeling especially when there is 30+ thousand opposition supporters to confront.

RF, Coach, count yourselves lucky that's the only time you see that crap this year. I drag my sorry a##e along every week to observe the equivalent of bush league trash. I now feel as despondant as our players look.
must feel like doing chores when we were kids than looking fwd to it these days.

Very true, even the old grannies get into ya. Damn them. And the dockers supporters aren't overly welcoming either.

I guess that is one way of looking at it ... we only have to see them lose once :p. But I'm after a miracle this time around.

The consecutive interstate games will spell the end for Spud.

2 huge thumpings.

1 win from 10 games.

Home crowds dropping by 50%

In this scenario there will be no other choice.

Frawley = ok
Players = ok

Fawley + Players = a huge mess

Maths lesson for the day.

Well, I've turned....the sooner the better. Can't sack him as we have no money...at least state the bleeding obvious, play the kids and start the search. At least we may then have a coach in place before the trading period begins.
that very well may happen but I think the club would look pretty silly promoting that line at r 5 ...maybe r 15 or 16
