Hey fellas, just wondering if anyone has any updates on how these boys are shaping up so far in the pre season?

Mitch recovering from the foot should be 100% by now im guessing? is he looking fit?

Also Crawf, getting on in yrs but he's prided himself on preparing himself as best he can his whole career - hows he been travelling at training?
