I’ve been trying to pick up my tickets for Saturday and the app doesn’t allow me to log on for my tickets.
Anyone else have this problem?

It doesn’t even let me press the button at the top.

Happens every year for me. Delete the app, download it again. Then sign in.

Bugger, didn’t work. Still doing same thing.

edit: it actually has you logged in, even though it doesn't show you as logged in, so you have to log out as well as re-install the app.

I just get my tickets from the membership website. I've never downloaded the app.

Spent considerable time yesterday. This morning, still no joy.

Rang Membership. "If experiencing ticketing issues see us at Adelaide Oval when the gates open."
