I'd almost forgotten just how good he was.

Brings back some great memories. I reckon I even saw Chad and Kane Cornes running onto Optus oval with their Crows gear after Mods kicked his hundreth goal in 93.

Looking at that footage you can see how popular Mods was with his team mates, unlike Tredders. Who pretty much gets ignored after a goal despite being the "leader".

Toots and Rory are extremely easy catches though. I through Toots back but I am sure I will catch him again soon.

Modra played in an age of gun full forwards, Tredrea plays in an age of very limited half forwards. Very poor comparison really.

Modra was competing against Ablett, Dunstall and Lockett all at their best. I reckon 2 AA's with that company is a damn site better than Wazza's.
