I'd like to nominate Luis Scola.
Sure, he's thriving on having no Ming or McGrady, but he has still been extremely inconsistent and annoying me in my Fantasy team. The thing I don't mind is that I can almost always tell when he's gonna have a poor game or a good game. When he plays in back-to-back games, expect the first of the games to be a shitty game where he gets fewer minutes than he is normally used to.
Opening night of the season Scola only played 22 minutes and his best stats were three points and four boards.
The next night, he played 35 minutes with a 21/11 game. In his next game, he only played nineteen minutes for 8/6.
His next three games were all very good, all double doubles, but all of them had a night's break in between them.
November 10 and 11 Houston had a back-to-back game. In the first game, Scola only played 24 minutes for a 12/4 game. The next night he exploded with 22/15.
Last night he only had 12/5 and tonight he had a monster of a game with a 20/16 effort.
I know it's not Scola's fault that Rick Alderman has been advised by the fitness coach to look after him in back-to-back games, but a lot of players perform consistently well night after night. Is there another reason apart from perhaps fitness as to why Scola's minutes are sliced dramatically (moreso than the other starters) in back-to-back games?

So true, no consistency
