Has just been broken just minutes ago by the Cats. 505 possessions! No player (except Trent West) managed less than 11 disposals for the game. Unbelievable.

Very true. North were playing almost their entire 18 inside defensive 50 a lot of the times Geelong went forward. Not the most attractive match.

Geelong have the top 4 amounts of disposals for the year. In R14 – 505, R8 – 490, R9-486, R4 -479 …. No one ever seems to think they over use the ball and don’t play long and direct. I found out from a report I got from www.statsunlimitied.com.au/shop.

i think chappy had 36 odd on the day of the 505 total.
