Why would I be stupid enough to pay 5 times as much, when you can get a nice court location in an outer suburb out this way (as an investment), for a good cheap amount?

Eastern suburbs are prime of course, but there are some reasoable locations popping up, out here in the west. It's booming everywhere at the moment.

Agreed, I mean I live in Hoppers Crossing (which is next to Werribee) and wouldn't dream of moving. I love it here (except it is ruled by Bulldogs supporters)

He's just hoping the folks keel over pretty quick smart so he can finally say that he lives alone. Of course, he'll move straight into their bedroom. I suppose he'll have to rent out a few rooms to pay the rates & bills. I agree spidey Dan being able to buy 2 houses while a Uni student is amazing top effort that. Wish I new his secret I had to work my fingers to the bone labouring for a couple of years before the bank would let me buy one house.
