This is what I have been trying to tell everyone...its such a great game (league too) and I just want everyone to have more than a "glance "at our other wonderful codes here in Aust.

I know not everyone is going to "fall in love" with rugby, but I think at least we can appreciate other codes and not slag off at them and say there are trash when we don't even give them a chance.

I think its an experience enjoying and following other footy than afl (which I adore as well)...hope I can convert a few more.!!

Next job.......RUGBY LEAGUE???? (don't say "NO" give it a chance!)

Wasn't the night a sensation...just the ultimate in atmosphere and friendliness with opposition fans.

Where did you sit and how did you manage to get tickets?
I queued in the wee small hours of the morning to get mine....just!!

Hi Ms Storm,

I sat up the front of the forth level on the corner somewhere. A Brisbane friend of mine queued up for me to get the tickets. I had a great time, tried to get the people around me to sing and challenge the poms on that front, but no luck.

As for rugby league, I've been to State of Origin and didn't quite get into it. Also, as you know, I hate commercialism in sport, and the NRL has been guilty on this front quite heavily.

On that note, were you a bit embaressed about the amount of advertising on the field and via the PA during the game? I hated it.
