Multi IM chat thingy

Hey was wondering if anyone could suggest a decent IM client that uses ICQ and MSN in one?

I've tried Miranda and Trillian and didn't feel comfortable with them.

Haha. I only have it because of my German friends who don't like using MSN! I'm guessing ICQ is still quite popular in some European countries.
