I dunno cos a genuine mistake would mean an entire LG being unable to notice a basic maths failing? If it's a genuine mistake, it's not too bad. But when it's pointed out and no effort is made to fix it, I'd be pissed too.

To be honest I don't give 2 ****s about other teams mate. I know that Baghdad has to play by different rules and we accept that.BLUEALLTHRU noble of you to post your team as is while we wait on the verdict (I think?). Respect that.
How do you feel about the Dragons situation and manipulation of their squad?
Yeah completely fair. I think the high impact is a terrible decision but we'll see what comes of it.To be honest I don't give 2 fu**s about other teams mate. I know that Baghdad has to play by different rules and we accept that.

Not being smart because I know you feel bad having to take 2 players out next week but did you withdraw the appeal ?To be honest I don't give 2 fu**s about other teams mate. I know that Baghdad has to play by different rules and we accept that.
I stand with the Bombers in this one. Normally I stand on the wall spitting at you but on this one I stand with you.To be honest I don't give 2 fu**s about other teams mate. I know that Baghdad has to play by different rules and we accept that.
Has been active in our team PM.Yeah completely fair. I think the high impact is a terrible decision but we'll see what comes of it.
PS: Where did your rookie that's playing this week Bearded Carpenter post in the Sweet FA? Just having a bit of trouble finding it in the sign up thread and the team thread.

We listed him in our team submission thread before sign ups.Yeah completely fair. I think the high impact is a terrible decision but we'll see what comes of it.

Well out of my own curiousity, I went back and found the reason for the rule in the first place and I believe it was due to me - no surprises there - pointing out the following:Throw the book at them, Clarkey!

Before I reveal the #1, it is time to bring light to a discovery found regarding two players currently on the Dragons list.
Upon my research of team lists, I noticed something peculiar regarding two players at the Dragons who appeared active on BigFooty however, have never given their public permission to be involved in the Sweet FA. These players have played for the Dragons in the last two seasons however, one must question whether they have legally taken the field.
For those who remember when I, on behalf of the Wonders, exploited the loophole that existed in the rules at the time by signing "4 Big Names" would remember that I brought to the attention the stupidity that teams could literally name any poster from BigFooty on their Squad Submission post and it became the truth regardless of whether or not the poster knew about the situation.
These players are the following:
The question is quite simple, ethically is it okay for a team to have two players on their list who have never ever posted in the Sweet FA, nor publically confirming their intentions to be involved within the board? I would be very hesitant in saying that this process is okay.
- Boneofshin
- Andrew Birch
If teams can list whoever they want on the Squad Submission post, then they could absolutely exploit this system to list all posters wherever they may be on the BigFooty board. The Hawks ight face a situation where they only have 21 players on their list so in an attempt to ensure they have 22 posters, they could sign league legend Fred who has since passed and yet, there would be no acceptance of the signing by the poster themselves. It may have been unethical to use Fred as an example however, this is the crux of why player permission is critically important to our league.
okeydoke7 rectified this loophole in the Rules during his time as Admin however, it has since fallen by the wayside.
I hope for a resolution and explanation by the Dragons.
Thank you,

If you accept there are different rules for the Bombers did you withdraw your appeal ?mate can you speak in laymans terms!
Correct, you sure did, that's my pointWe listed him in our team submission thread before sign ups.
Would you have them join a team this season and wait to get a game or push other listed players out?
#RunsOnTheBoardWould you have them join a team this season and wait to get a game or push other listed players out?
To be honest we know that under the present rules we should have listed our delisted players, we just feel the punishment does not fit the crime. Ban the skippers but why the **** should we start a season at -2 points!!! campaigners need to get a grip!If you accept there are different rules for the Bombers did you withdraw your appeal ?
Enlighten me what exactly is the problem? No games just common sense please.Correct, you sure did, that's my point. That's why there's also a team thread option but alas, no post in there either.
FWIW, I agree heavily that the punishment does not fit the crime. To be honest we know that under the present rules we should have listed our delisted players, we just feel the punishment does not fit the crime. Ban the skippers but why the fu** should we start a season at -2 points!!! campaigners need to get a grip!
The Bombers and many other clubs it seems have incorrectly signed posters to their squads without following the rules.Enlighten me what exactly is the problem? No games just common sense please.
That's rough didn't realize 2 points were deducted as wellTo be honest we know that under the present rules we should have listed our delisted players, we just feel the punishment does not fit the crime. Ban the skippers but why the fu** should we start a season at -2 points!!! campaigners need to get a grip!
So you'll change your vote instead of shafting us mate? That's rough didn't realize 2 points were deducted as well
So you'll change your vote instead of shafting us mate?
