MyCricket doing a Microsoft...

Microsoft have this amazing ability to do an upgrade to a program for no apparent reason, and within the upgrade they always screw up or remove some of the best features from the original program.

Well now MyCricket has done the same with the upgrade to "the new look". Not sure if anyone else has had a chance to have a look at the new format of the scoresheets (brought in yesterday), but they look absolutely crap in both the standard MyCricket format and the Club Website format. Don't get me wrong - the MyCricket website is one of the best sites on the whole web, but why did they have to change something that worked well into something that doesn't!!!

yep they have turned one of the best websites into another afl.com - can't believe it when i went onto the website yesterday and thought what the hell is goin on here...it's been weetbixed

after playing around with it for a bit it's even worse if that's possible...surely someone has to fix this abortion. They are probably only gettin away with it at the moment cause it's the offseason otherwise there would be an outcry.

MyCricket is okay, it could be better though. It would be nice when selecting a player's career stats, that it would include all the clubs played for.

I haven't found this problem - I get the stats of the person I click on regardless of club. Try again today...

Yer looks like it has improved a bit today.

On the match scoresheet - Why would you put how a batsman was dismissed underneath the batsmans name instead of beside it..

Anyone else have any problems/solutions getting the MyCricket app to work on iphone?

Downloaded it no worries yesterday, but I get as far as clicking on my state in the set-up intro screen and it just sits there forever with that stupid little loading circle going around and around.

I've tried rebooting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, installing it through itunes instead of directly onto my phone, even caving and spending half an hour installing the latest iOs software. Also tried clicking on other states in case it was a WA database specific problem, but still the same thing every time.

Well whaddya know... I've spent two days trying to get this f**king thing to work and then 10 minutes after I post that it suddenly comes good. Is there nothing bigfooty can't fix?

Now I can find out which teammates I need to run out to protect my batting aggregate lead.
