What do we know so far about Naughton's knee? I'm hearing lateral ligament. Have we ruled out ACL? I'm really anxious about it as I'm sure a lot of us are.

I care more about this than the loss. Whatever happened this finals was always going to be a bonus, experience for the pups etc.
This affects our 2020 prospects in a big way. Looked very ACL like unfortunately.

How long does it take for a lateral collateral ligament to heal?
. two to four weeks

He seemed in pain which suggests a more lateral injury..fingers crossed,without him we are a bottom four side,our club sucks and I coach senior football in the west.

Bevo saying doesn’t seem like an acl. Fingers crossed peeps.
Think there are some telltale signs that the medical guys are experts on that allow them to pretty much diagnose an ACL straight away. The scan just 100% confirms it and identifies the severity and other damage.

They do the test right away and it’s usually right. Hopefully the scan doesn’t produce any surprises.
If it’s lateral he might have a delayed start to the preseason.
He depends on speed, leap and lateral movement a bit so would hate to see him get an ACL.
