It all comes down to this - six teams, one winner.

If you haven't noticed (somehow), an NBA Eras Draft has been running just recently on the board. The concept is that each player drafts two players each from a specific era. Now we have finished, it is up to you (the public) to decide which is the winning team.

Coaches, you can vote, but NOT for yourself.

Why we win...
Starters:
Look at our team, and does it not strike fear into your eyes? You have most probably, one of the best frontcourts to ever be ensembled. The freakish and dominant abilities of Wilt, complemented by the defensive and swiftly footed Hakeem the Dream, and rounded off with the clutch Big Game James. That in itself is a force to be reckoned with. Wilt would man the low block of the paint on offense, whilst Hakeem would patrol the areas of the high post/top of the key.Worthy would be on the wing, were he would easily get easy buckets from either the guards who'll be more than adept at lobbing it up to the rim, or wise a back door cut, delivered by anyone on the court with him, as the tandem of Wilt and Hakeem are more than capable of passing with pin-point accuracy. The Triangle Offense that Coach Jackson would employ would be a wonder to watch, as it would utilize the passing ability of Wilt, as well as creating enough space for both frontcourt players to post up and get high percentage looks.
The frontcourt defense itself would be a marvelous thing to witness, with the blocking supremacy of Hakeem, the ball-hawking defense of Worthy, to go with the Goliath of Rebounding in Wilt... This frontcourt people, is one to be feared and in awe of.
The backcourt prowess of Clyde the Glide and J-Kidd is one of a well-oiled machine, constantly moving the ball and churning out points and assists. Perhaps to most beneficial play as a result of The Triangle Offense would beClyde, as his style of play was not to dissimilar to the way Jordan played under the system. Kidd would also be a benefactor of such a system, as he would easily be the penetrater of the defense in front of him, or leave those duties toClyde, whilst he could aptly act as a spot-up shooter to complement a Drive and Dish type of system. Who knows? The possibilities on offense are limitless with these gentlemen.
Defense is something this team prides itself on, and with Kidd and Clyde at the helm of the backcourt positions, expect to be stripped of the ball and be guarded with tremendous effort and hustle. Kidd, one of the best thieves to ever play the game, has a knack for stealing the ball at a good rate. His 6'4" frame is one that's hard to go pass, and definitely one that's hard to shoot over as well. Clyde, the 6'7" wingman who is a renowned defender during his hey day, will lock down any guard that tries to come his way, with his wiry length and defensive nous. Did we mention the rebounding abilities of these two? No? Well, not much needs to be said, as Kidd is one of the most skilled guard rebounders the NBA has seen since the days of Magic and the Big O. A triple-double threat if we've ever seen one. Clyde himself is adept at cleaning up the boards, or boxing out for his teammates to grab it.
Bench:
Backcourt backup:
The bench to accompany the starting five is what I'd say, stacked, unique and above all, brilliant. You have the lively game with a hint of flair in Pistol Pete, who can be very interchangeable with Kidd and Clyde. His yo-yo like handles and terrific scoring ability is a spark plug off the bench. Throw into the mix the versatile guards in Chris Paul (who is a modern juggernaut of the Point Guard position), Sam Jones (argubally the most sophisticated Two-Guard of his era with the ability to bank a shot), Nate Archibald (one of the pioneers of the small Point Guards in the league), and to top it all off, Vince Carter (one of the biggest freaks of nature with his athletic prowess).
Frontcourt backup:
The frontcourt help stacks up also, with the all conquering rebounding phenomenon's in Moses Malone and Alonzo Mourning filling in the already dominant depths of the frontcourt duo of Wilt and Hakeem. Sam Jones and Vince Carter are more than able to fill in the Small Forward position whenever Worthy is worthy of a rest on the bench.
Conclusion:
To simply put, this team goes 12 deep, with all players being a complementary piece in what is a dominant outfit. Overall, the team possesses in it's trophy cabinet, 22 Championship Rings, 5 Finals MVPs, 8 Regular Season MVPs, 103 All-Star Appearances, 2 All-Star MVPs, 4 Defensive Player of the Years, 63 All-NBA Teams (1st, 2nd and 3rd), 28 All-NBA Defensive Teams (1st and 2nd), and a whole heap of other acumilatted accolades, honours and statistics. I don't even need to read your explanation to see this is the strongest teams. Wilt, MOSES and The Dream!

Bias? :p

I have Bird, Pippen, Garnett, Big O, Payton. Covers all areas of the game.

Come on dude, Olajuwon and Wilt guarding the paint, with Malone coming in controlling the boards. Plus this guy will have one of Kidd or Paul on the court at all times. Think about how devastating the Dream/Sampson twin towers were. This is like that but on crack with better play makers.

I can't split Boshtrich's, Danger's, krayfesh's, JP's or nbaman's teams.

So out of sympathy I'll just give the other guy a sympathy vote :thumbsu:

Chadwiko, if only you had picked Wilt over West, your team would have been so far ahead of the others it wouldn't be funny. Sorry, but it's true. :p
