I actually live in Dallas, but there's no point telling anyone that.."You mean Texas hahaha..." Yeah..that's what I meant.
When my daughter and I went to an open training session, Mason Cox said to my then 6 year old:-
"Where do you live?"
"Dallas" she replies.
"That's where I'm from!"
I then had to explain to both of them that it wasn't the same Dallas. Anyone else, any other time, any other place..

Also, how good is Ned Long? I'm sure I was shot down last year when I said I saw something in him, glad I was right!

I think Longy showed signs last year. He did get multiple games in a row once we recruited him and barely played vfl since.

A positive post on Ned....I was critical of Neds foot skills from round 1 to 6 and justifiably so, they were Shite! Dumb hack kicks around the corner looking for territory.....Ned from round 7 to 8 has stopped, propped, and kicked sideways maintaining possession of the footy instead of looking for meaningless territory....Well done! Kicking efficiency has slightly improved as a result.

I went to Holy Child (as did my old man), used to play for the Holy Child Cats as a kid. I'm nearly 40.
Long may be what Allan can be in a year or two, hopefully.

Comparison should read Mitchells 2023 season. Our whole team was average in 2024.

It was a bit disappointing he couldn’t step up with the absences in our midfield in Pendlebury out, Sidebottom on limited minutes then subbed out and Nick Daicos tagged out of the game.

Ended up only with 12 touches despite spending most of his time in the middle with 20 CBA.

Door is still open for Mitchell to come back and Perryman to return to the middle.

In saying that these games happen he can always bounce back plus his physical presence still offers something even when he’s not getting the ball.

Id say his last 2 games have been disappointing. I appreciate his physicality and he is a tackling machine but 18 disposals and then 12 isnt enough for a midfielder. I also think he hasnt been as clean..Lets hope he gets back to the 20 plus games soon

He's probably copping a bit more attention now because of how well he's played this year.

Something he'll get used to and no doubt something he'll also be working on.
