A cartoon is definitely not indicitive of a real life fight between a Mongoose and King Cobra.

Agreed that more creatable sides would be great. I can't imagine why they are only including one, if it's about the draw then you can still limit an AFL season to 18 teams and make the 17 standards unable to be moved.

You could still have an unlimited number of created teams available for when you create custom tournaments. Pair this with the ability to copy players (allowing players to be on more than one list at a time) and you could create your own State of Origin teams and have them face off. You could do all sorts of combinations, All Star teams, Indigenous teams, you could even copy a player and fill a team with them if you wanted.

i'm going to create a team and recruit all of my friends. We'll be the Mongooses, that's a cool team name, the Fighting Mongooses. I'd hate if I had to delete that team if I ever wanted to create another just for fun.

yeah well see i wanted to create a tassie side for my custom afl league and also create all the teams from my under 18 days (all the teams but mine with generic players of course) for a completely custom (country) league as well as have a SoO league. and then of course play a normal AFL season as was intended using my beloved eagles!

Yeah hopefully mate, otherwise it would be very bad if we had to re-create all the star players for our own state of origin teams. I have a feeling that player duplication will be in.

Team of Centuries for each club would be nice feature.
State of orgins sides will be fun to play if only we could fit them in our fixtures.
And the Ej whitten legends game would be nice for future games.

Cant wait to take down the sandilands and jump on his head with Mitch Clarks Mark of Century.

Ross i think we need more clarification for these custom teams, there seems to be some confusion about how many teams we can create per (let's call it) saved profile for custom leagues.

Is it that our custom league can only be the 17 teams on the game and one created team, or can can we create a number of teams, let's say State of Origin, with no AFL teams involved, and have them square off in a season mode?

If thats the case then just make to seprate saves looks like im getting the pc version ib this case easier to have diffrent databases saved and edit gurseys etc.

Ross - correct me if I'm wrong here, but this is what I have gathered from the information supplied so far.

- You can only add one custom team to the Australian Football League (AFL) as 17/18 spots are taken up by existing teams.

- You can add up to 18 custom teams to a custom league as 0/18 spots are taken up.

Sorry guys I've looked in the FAQ and cant find this and I've looked through some pages and cant find it, but people are saying theres already 17 teams in the comp with you being able to add 1 more created one so did Ross say GC was in the game?
