NORTHERN Bullants coach David Teague has expressed interest in one of the vacant assistant coaching roles at Carlton.
The former Carlton best and fairest winner is already on the Blues’ payroll in a development role as well as coach of their VFL affiliate, who will line up in its second consecutive grand final on Sunday.
Teague, who has coached the Bullants for the past three years, says he is interested in pursuing an assistant coaching role, potentially at the Blues.
“It’s the next step in the progression. My next big goal is to coach AFL football at senior level and to get there I have to look at what the best avenue is,” he told afl.com.au.

Beat me to it Aph!
He's coached the Ants to 2 GF appearences now, and he already knows the blokes.
Could be a good move
We interested in Brett Burton? Wouldn't think so first time I've heard his name thrown up as an assistant of some sorts.

SOS will not return to Carlton whilst Sticks is Pres & a few of the board members resign.
It all has to do with Black Friday back in 2002.
They had a huge fallout.
That's a good one actually. Bit outside the box. Has done a hell of a job with Norwood
Definitely on the wish list.
John barker put his application in today hopefully send it straight to visy recycling

I hope to god they don't get Barker....
At the Saints till end of 2008, Riewoldt, Kosi and the rest of the forwards have no idea what is going on, constantly running into each other. He moves on in 2009 and they make a GF and are a goal away from winning it.
moves to Hawks in 2009 and they go from premiership winners and having Buddy and Roughead as the best two KPF pairing to not making finals
Bigger no than Tarrant
What would he bring to the club (apart from Walker, Tippett and DangerfieldSIMON GOODWIN - announcing tomorrow!
Blues or Hawks ???
) do you think BC?Sorry if it's been posted already but I just found out Robert Harvey was only offered a one year contract, or couldn't be guaranteed more than a one year contract. Does anyone know why?
I think it was to coincide with the end of Ratten's contract.
