New "Extra" flavours.

Wrigleys are releasing two new flavours in the next fortnight or so in their Extra chewing gum range.

Peach flavoured extra will be introduced as the 5th flavour in their range, with "vanilla cola" replacing the current "kids" one that they have now (i think its bubbleberry?)

I was chewing the kids one, one time and it tasted ok but after a while (I was at the footy) it turned into liquid in my mouth.

Was probably the most disgusting and grotesque thing you could imagine.

I had to spit it out in a bin and if you think I am disgusting doing that...it's better that than bloody vomiting everywhere because of it.

Needless to say, haven't had that particular gum since.

i tasted a sample of the peach one today... not bad to start with... but you cant keep it in your mouth for longer than a few minutes because it loses taste and becomes this really stale flavour. Sometimes you can chew gum for a few hours and forget its there, well not with the peach.

BTW found out that extra are not releasing vanilla cola. Hubba Bubba are.

Whenever Safeway have them hanging near the register I grab a couple of 3 packs. My brother seems to have a never ending supply - I'll have to ask him who his supplier is!!
