Don't understand the hate for using the same template.

Nothing worse than having to arrange kits at a local level, for the cut to completely change 2 years down the track. If it fits good and the players like it, there is 0 need for change. At the end of the day that's who it's primarily designed for

sekem/Burley is a local brand and they make all the WA kits. I can’t recall the last time any WA kit was made by another brand.

I wonder it they will use both footy’s and swap them over at half time

Yeah I was just surprised, seemed like Puma had the pocket of the AFL for any exhibitions series

I prefer it to the non-descript “back to back” on the 2015 Hawks jumper. Always irked me that there was no year listed on the logo, nor any reference to being premiers.

Interesting tidbit: Cotton On changed their logo in June 2025, updating it to an even more basic sans serif. There are store fitouts with this new logo and it’s all over their website and socials, so it’s not going anywhere.

And yet here we have a yet-to-be-released 2026 guernsey with the old logo. Does Cotton On realise, or even care?

Next season marks 30 years since 1996 - the final seasons of both the Bears and Fitzroy. I hope the club spends a lot of time acknowledging that.

Swann did tease a Fitzroy kit earlier in the year after the Bears retro guernsey was used.

Dom from the Roar Deal also said he got told by Swann that the club had approced a Fitzroy clash guernsey for next year for a game in Melbourne for a Hall of Fame event there next year
