Hearing Woodcock-Davis has returned to South.

Jordan Bennett has departed to Hillwood after playing in South's premiership team last year.

Jake Williams from Bracknell to Perth.

Longford are playing Bridgenorth and Burnie towards the end of March.

apparently at this stage , Meander non reserves will be a bye.
Evandale Seniors lost to Sth. Launceston by a goal last week. both had players out South 4/5 . Evandale 3/4

Premier clubs outside of Nth and Laun finding it hard to retain in year 1.

The competition was as strong as it gets last year, with 5 clubs in the mix for the flag.

Sad state of play, but South, Longford, Scottsdale and Deloraine will need to navigate the next 18 months and progress their youth.

Yerp, culture of people being scared of a challenge. Scared that you have to train to be able to compete. Easier to run to a lower league and protect their frail egos.

Probably the case but it’s gotta be hard to convince players to play in a comp where the top 4 is set before they start,going to be even harder at the end of this season,ruined a great comp

At least we aren’t having forfeits in u 18
this year,they now use the term re arranged match to a further date,I believe we will have another on the weekend,yes I know it’s Easter but no excuse for the week before,(not saying it’s the same clubs fault)
 
Div 1 looks like being a great comp, although Rocher will probably cruise to flag it looks very even underneath given OL's upset.

Scotch v Bridgenorth will be interesting next up to see if Bridgenorth bounce back and Scotch had a lot missing in round 1.

Yep not much interest in premier from anyone including players
 
And they haven't even played Scottsdale yet...! Needs to be a four team elite structure...

Give it time. The TSL really was a step above the other leagues, as it was intended to be and despite its criticisms, so a set up like North is going to take a while to dissipate...! Launceston was gutted after the threepeat, but still has enough to be a clear second...and you know South and hopefully Longford could plug gaps and adapt...

I'm only concerned about having Scottsdale and Deloraine up against those setups...this century they simply haven't been able to keep up even with the previous premier league teams who are now a junior status to them...and there just doesn't seem to be any indication they ever will...

The North needs to offset the disadvantage a larger number of teams v population presents, by solidifying the top league and promoting the grudges that will make the lower teams attract players. I can't understand why Bracknell isn't playing old Esk sides, swapping with Uni who should be playing the Old Boys...the divisions should be North and South. They were saying the Bracknell v Lilydale clash was the first time the two sides had met in 93 years...there's a reason for that...!
 
Whats the go with PLAYHQ these days? teams are still not in. Div 2 seniors were last night and reserves have only just gone in.
No from premier or div1?'
Paper doesn't have the teams anymore and they used to go in Thursday nights to playhq
 
Scottsdale have Mitch Vandenberg flying in to play and apparently another guy who played for Palmerston. Whisper is that Singline is out, so that probably cancels those two out to a degree.

It will be a fearful flogging.
