I might have to write a letter to the editor so my thoughts can shape the legal system.

You mean he has one? I stated that I thought the AFL were compromised as were his club, with the following from post 74:
Zee, call me a cynic but unfortunately I dont think he is. If he was going to be gone he would have been long ago but everyone seems to scared to act or worse to invested to act.
I dont think any action is being taken for him because the AFL does not really want him gone, on the contrary it has value invested in him.
The first thing a government says when it wants to hide something is that it intends to be open and transparent, and then it systematically buries whatever was the original information with obfuscation.
The AFL has had ample opportunity to invoke its code of conduct rules and has failed to act. It must surely be time to ask why when clearly the majority feel he has had ample opportunity to stop trashing the club or the code and setting altogether the wrong example for the more impressionable among us.
And of course we as a society have immense and often unfathomable problems with alcohol abuse and instead of removing from public office, and that is essentially what being an AFL footballer is, public office assigned by football ability, and with that office comes privilege not bestowed on the rest of the bill paying proletariat. No on the contrary, they are rewarded with ever bigger contracts, tv deals, book deals etc. And all the while the pusher, the Brewers and Distillers are major sponsors. Please, dont get me started on the utter utter hypocracy this represents.
But I thought all of the above was implicit in my highlighted passage. Silly me.

At last count Fev allegedly assaulted 2 in the last 15 months, insufficient evidence to charge him on any though, time we changed the definition of evidence, I reckon. And thats just the ones we know about.
thylacine
employment-on the pension
income - not enough to cover his medication costs
ethics, patient confidentiality-bahhhhDamn that PBS database breach.
name calling - well down clownAh good to see WA's very own w***er, Guns has joined the crowd.
"dumb" said it very succinctly. Again 30yr has done nothing to defend his original position regarding changing the rules of evidence to convict Fev. Everytime you refuse to retract that statement an continue to hurl abuse you are showing what a fool you are.
As for the likes of Zee taking shots at News Corp, yourself and 30yr would have been the same types crying out for David Hicks to have a fair trial. Yet for a football player you will happily ignore the rules of evidence. So in your book, fighting with terrorists is a bigger crime than being a footy player on the piss.
Yep only on bigfooty.
Old Blue Fan you are quite correct, confessing a prejudice does not make it right and I make no pretense of my dislike for the liar or the QC, but you are correct, and I should try much harder to be tolerant of all creatures great and small.
name calling - well down clown
again you seem unable to support any discussion with mature view points
