Newbie to member

This may be a silly question but how do I go from being a bigfooty newbie to a big footy member. I have been registered since August and at the start of the year my profile changed to member but has now reverted back to newbie. I Know it's trivial but newbie, come on, sounds a little well new. I'm on here nearly every day.
Can someone shine a little light on this matter for me as I have looked everywhere on the site even faq and found nothing about this.

Anyway, it goes on number of posts. It used to be 10 to go to member but Chief has tweaked it a bit. Have a look at the Customer Service & Suggestions board for an explanation.

Does it matter? Its just a silly title that changes with the amount of posts you have. To be honest I don't think many people even take notice of it.
