I got some news, Wirrpunda might miss out on the entire season next year because of his stress fracture and it might even end his career.

Glen Jackovich injured his ankle in a cricket match and is now set to miss out on two months of pre season!

Before the Christmas break the younger half of the squad went on a training camp. From what I hear, it was some hard yakka. The boys start training again on the 3rd of January.

David Wirrpunda has spent most of the past month back in Vic, but will be back in Perth for the commencement of training.

Michael Braun is now running on his knee and looks as if everything will be fine in that department.

Cant think of anything else at the moment, but when I do I will post it for you.

Does anyone know the facts about wirra's injury. There seems to have been a lot of talk about it being serious but no real facts. A foot stress fracture is generaly a 3~6 week injury. My son has two at the moment and he should be okay in 3 weeks time to train again. Wirra must have something much more serious.
