Which one of these guys could become the a super successful coach, to be classified amoungst the likes of Sheedy and Matthews?

From what I've seen, Bucks and Riccuito are the ones that jump out at me as potential coaches.

Hird is definitely smart enough.

Hird for me, has the smarts and the passion. Crawf shouldn't be there. He is a fantastic player but not the smartest guy on the street.

definatly put voss into that mix, then its between him & jimmy, though bucks would a ripper to anyone he relates to.
