it may be too early, but does anyone have any potential good buys for next season assuming all rules are the same....

i recon gian and ROK will be underpriced as will kane kornes and cross.

Mate, good thread in theory; but what I've got bolded is a massive understatement. Its only round 9 of the current year. I know you're probz an eager dream teamer but I think it would be better if this thread was delayed for a bit.

I guess Hodge will be underpriced next year, but he could be overpriced depending on the rest of this year's scores.

Carrazzo might be cheapish.
 
Could see a big discount on Tex Walker, but i'm not sure that would be enough for me. Under 200K i guess i would more then likely have a dig. He's a BIG injury risk though and would turn a few heads in team planning, i suspect just what VS would like
 
Good thread, I would have titled it something else though to keep the critics happy, something along the lines of; Which injured players of 2009 will be bargain buys next year...
I think;
Brett Burton will be at a bargain price next year,
Malcolm Lynch will be the 2010 Nathan Krakuour (but a much cheaper version upfront),
Josh Hunt/Rick Ladson/Beau Waters will be cheap buys in defence,
Robert Warnock will be on everybodies bench in the ruck,
Andrew Walker will be in everybodies defence/midfield..

Cant think of anymore right now..

Who the **** is Tex Walker??? I was assuming you guys were talking about Taylor Walker...

Only one I can think of is Andrew Walker at Carlton... never heard him with the nickname Tex before... certainly doesnt suit him, his shoulders are as soft as butter.

Yeah, I was thinking Taylor Walker as well because that's what some people refer him too. I thought NT Thunder was getting confused with Burton or Hentschel.

Andrew Walker will be a bargain... but we know he won't play anyway.

Yeah that's his nickname, I think he'll actually play a few games after round 15 this year so he probably wont be.

there is talk of sean rusling every yr, where is he and will he be a good pick up. Gumbleton could come into essendons side.

Crows fans call Taylor Tex, just to make it more confusing...

I wouldnt be going near Andrew Walker, his shoulders are shot.
