Can anyone comment on whether watching gp's live coverage of the superbowl contains the American ads as well? Normally watched espn coverage because subscription package I chose didnt include playoffs/sb. Also any comments on the coverage quality? lag time? of previous sb's?

I am fairly confident gamepass has ads.

I opt to watch it with the delay for the sake of the ads because watching the same 5 on ESPN does my head in.

Delay isnt more than 3 minutes

Gamepass has ads. Gamepass is always delayed behind the ESPN coverage from my experience too. Playoffs circa 1min delay.

Its easier to watch it live on TV and the ads on youtube later. then you wont have to watch all the BS ads for shit fox shows like 24 or whatever else they need to whore out to get eyeballs.

Just a heads up GamePass users: we are migrating to new platforms on Monday (US time) so there may be some funky behaviour on some platforms for a day or two if you're digging into the archives. There's a new GP service launching in Europe with a new service provider there but the rest of the world will also be getting a back-end upgrade by the existing service provider on the same day (what could possibly go wrong???? )

I haven't seen what this years product looks like yet, but with the upgrade going on there may be some additional features and functions available.

Anything over $200 is a rip off for a 16 game season. Paid barely over $100 for MLB TV

I haven't checked re: pricing but doubt the product offering will change much this coming season. A new operator will take over Gamepass International in the non-Euro markets in 2018 so if there's big changes to the product/pricing it'll likely happen then. Over the next two seasons, we are stepping away from directly managing and marketing these products ourselves. Europe is first up in this coming season....rest of the world to follow in 2018.
