That article was from October, but it's probably likely the measurements were taken much earlier in the year. If so, he may have grown a bit since then. If he does end up a fair bit taller, but can still kick goals half as well as his old man did I'll be very happy!!

Throw enough darts at the dart board and bound to hit a bulls-eye eventually, to be fair he isn't the only one who thinks Nic Daics is going to be a star. Might be his bulls-eye moment. :P
 
The hype in 18 months will be huge for this kid, hopefully he has a good head on his shoulders.
 
With 18 months of underage footy to come Nick’s as likely to go undrafted as he is to be the “special player” Twomey is referring too*. Post champs I get it, but post metro squad training? Give us a spell!

*I’m as keen for him to be the second coming as most, definitely not some, but the hype train of our supporter group can be absurd at times so hopefully Twomey wakes up to himself and pumps the breaks on this nonsense.

It said he was selected for the AFL academy I think, but I’m not sure if that means he has to play NAB?

In between his APS commitments with Carey, and potentially the National Champs with Vic Metro, there won't be many games he can play for Oakleigh. On their list so he can get access to the AFL academy

Can they play in the U-18 Champs IF they just playing Private School Footy?
