I'm not thinking about it NOW

He'll come to pre-season training, 2021 will be the start of his collingwood journey. He knows, everyone knows where he is going. He even has put on the black and white stripes, so its nothing new. You don't captain collingwood and then decline the nomination lol

While this is about Josh, he speaks about Nick at the end Its a training company both boys are working with.

I just hope that company is better at the training/preparation side of things than they are with the spelling!! Dacios indeed! Whatever Josh has done since last year it seems to have worked well for him.

Haha clearly wrote it quickly and didn't spellcheck lol

I recall playing compulsory inter school football and losing to another team 33.30 to 0.1 points and having 10 goals kicked on me in the back pocket. Not comparable to Nick and his erstwhile opponent Tom, and a bit of stretch replying to a 3 year old post. Blame it on covid and the need to kill time.
Gee and you didnt make it to the big time:)

Welcome to Collingwood Nicky D

Nice nickname, nicky d, dicky knee lol

I've had a re-think.
He's not trolling us, he's trolling them!

Or it is Josh’s contract negotiation strategy.

Posts from gym showing his increased dedication to ‘maximise his contract value’.

Comments that his brother Is not emotionally linked to the Pies.

Subtle code for ‘Pay up or Nick and I may end up elsewhere’.

Not a major risk, but just another nudge about Josh’s value to the club.

Wow, there’s some serious overthinking going on in this thread

Clearly you don’t negotiate contracts for a living. It is all about leverage.

We didn’t pick and keep Cameron or Jason Cloke on our list cause we thought they could play footy. We wanted little brother Travis.

Like it or not, Nick does provide some leverage for Josh’s Manager. How much, probably not much. But if the club thinks Nick is as good as some on here want to believe, Nick will be in the Club’s thinking when deciding on whether to pay Josh’s asking price. It might just add another $25k per annum to the contract.

Lol. Jason Cloke was a pretty good player mate. Him getting suspended and missing the 2002 grand final was a pretty big deal at the time and could have been a factor in the result.

But nah we played him for 76 games and drafted him in 2000 to get his 13 year old brother at the time. Part of our evil calculations.
