Was about that time they moved the qualification out from 50 games to 100 games from memory. I think they also changed where they had to be taken in the draft.

I did say in the part you bolded that they tightened the rules, so....

I doubt they'll ever change the FS rules.

They'll only ever change them if GWS or GCS have a gun son of a player that finished on less than 100 games. Even still, that may not be league-wide.

So end of 2021 we will be adding Daicos, and maybe having a crack at bringing in Merrett. Would be two handy inclusions that would hopefully allow us to play Degoey Predominantly forward in 2022.

I think he would be our best midfielder. If it was a case of Merrett for Treloar, I think it would be a big win for the Pies.
