Just wondering what u guys think about Nigel Lappin. How is his injuty going? Will he be playing Round 1? Whats his form like? Hes 263,000 for SC and im not sure if hes worth the risk.

lol. I just posted about that in the SC thread. Im unsure, hopefully someone can answer.
 
Maybe one of the Brisbane supporters can help you out. From what I heard his ankle was fine now. But he was having problems with an elbow injury and was questionable for the start of the season.
 
His elbow is still inflamed, but apparently he hasn't missed any running/fitness work, and they're hopeful he can make round 1.

I included Nige on the bench. I couldn't refuse him at 263K. If he comes back to somewhere like his best he is a steal at that price. He is well worth a spot on the bench.

I agree I put him on the bench as well.

Same with Kosi and Hudson.

I also have Fevola and Chad Cornes on the bench as backup.

Thats a pretty good idea. If a starting forwards gets injured, you dont have to waste a trade getting rid of him. Just sub him off for Fevola.

You can also rotate your 9 good forwards around each week to maximise their strengths against team/conditions etc.

you have 6 forwards who will score better than fevola and 6 backs who will score beter than cornes?? :eek:

im not doing SC i jst dont understand the point behind havin such expensive players on the bench surely its undermining the team elsewhere i may be wrong............

I just made changes so now I could put Judd on the bench... Good backup he is.
