I think Wayne Jackson would be a better fit, if Trigg was to stand down. Coming from outside the club, but with an understanding of the club.


Nigel Smart is more a Chairman than CEO. But Rob Chapman is doing a good job in that regard.

95% sure WJ wouldn't do it (from the horses mouth ~1 year ago). He is quite happy tending is farm near Naracoorte and sitting in on a few boards. Why would he leave those things to take up a full time CEO position??

Smart seems destined for bigger things though.
