For me it's two things - first, it's on ****ing valentines day, dumb **** idea. Second, WA talent is shit right now. As people have said, ten years ago we'd have had a spine of Rance, Gov, NicNat, Buddy, and JK. Scary stuff. Now.....well, best left unsaid tbh.

If its played at anything like the intensity of an NBA all-stars game its going be an absolute flop. Don't think the powers that be will stand for it though.

If there's any other on here old enough to have attended a SOO game they'll also remember they were extremely hard at the ball no holding back games.
As soon as they cross the white line in the state jumper territorial instinct kicks in.

They should move the pre finals bye to the week after the preliminary final. Then they'd have 16 teams to pick the sate of origin team from. Play it that weekend and the GF the week after.

Once the 2024 season started and in 2025, our soft tissue injuries reduced significantly

Sounds like Inness is adopting the same approach at Essendon
