Maybe he has qualities that aren't apparent with his media work, and you'd think Sydney would have a thorough process to get the best candidate but he seems such a lightweight choice to me. Especially following Tom Harley. Maybe my Freo bias, but I can't see it lasting.

Surely Essendon, because you need to make sure you win against Port, and from there you can manage as you see fit (eg if winning against Essendon won't make a difference to their final position then roll out the B-team).
