Comon hawks- Clarko and Burgoyne deserve to go out on a win after their service. Burgoyne always been my fav hawks player. Well actually the only hawks player I’ve ever liked really. ( oh and Isaac of course).

He was one. I’m sure i heard a couple of others talk them up too, even after they’d had a few beltings.

Matty lloyd was pretty early to write them off though. He was on the money, saying teams can afford to have 1, maybe 2 beltings throughout the year, but any more than that and you have problems.

Richmond might bounce back next year but ending their era like this gives me more respect for our club. The end of our era, arguably 2015, we missed finals but the last round was wonderful, we won, and it was a celebration of 3 legends of the club and a fitting farewell. The greatest team of all indeed!

I always considered Hawthorn 2009 as the worst premiership defence, but this Richmond season may be even worse.
