We've just totally lost the plot! What the **** just happened?

Mostly the clearances. I mean we're ****ing up our back half play a bit, but we were dominating clearances there for a while and really should have come close to taking the game away. But we didn't and now we're chasing tail.

Can't see them. Looks more like we are getting smashed in this quarter...
I'm not saying we're showing them this term, but from the 20 minute mark of the 1st til the start of the 4th, we were in the game

Nice acting Waite

Wells tried to sit down on a bloke.

This is the downside of playing the kids - they're probably out of puff and with no sub, there's no option to put in fresh legs. Plus the focus on skills rather than pre-season is likely taking a toll. We're out of legs in the 4th - this is something we didn't have an issue with last year.

Having said that, we must persist with Langdon, Weller, and Pearce because we clearly aren't going to be contending this year and they are getting more comfortable at the level with every game. If anything, we need to bring in more players who we see as the future and see if we can reset next year.

Not just in the game, the superior side.

In the 2nd quarter, none NONE of their goals came from controlled play on their behalf, they were all lucky breaks and turnovers, while we couldn't turn dominance into a big score. Now you could argue that makes us second best on the day, but what I'm saying is that we controlled play with no where near the return such control should get. Frustrating, but shows that we're not as bad as the scoreboard suggests.

Pardon? Aren't we a no excuse team? I whole heartily agree with regard to the kiddies but Tab's, Mayne, Barlow, Suban no excuses.
