This is just more unwanted expectation...

But it's not the media that decide the changes in Fralk Odds. It's how much is put on to back them. The more that back Carlton to do well the lower our odds go.

If your talking about Collingwood being in the "top 3" then your kidding yourself. You had 1 big win against Geelong last year and that's it, You can't get within 10 goals of the Hawks so your only slim chance is that geelong took them out and then choke in the final again which isn't possible since they will finish 1/2 so they will only meet in the final.

When you think about it after Geelong and Hawthorn there isn't much reason to bet on anyone for the flag at this stage and then looking at sides like sydney, north, adelaide & the saints they can all only lose ground on the top 2 this year while the dogs/magpies won't gain but don't look like losing ground either.

After that its Richmond and Carlton with young sides on the improve while neither will get close to geelong and hawthorn this year from a punting perspective if anyone is going to improve enough to match them it would be those 2 sides. Kind of wonder why the dogs aren't up there though, punters must think last year was a flash in the pan for them.

Collingwood
Saints
Carlton
Richmond
Adelaide/North/Sydney
